Where The Children Sleep

Swedish photographer Magnu Wennman has been photographing Syrian refugees in refugee camps across the Middle East and in Europe. He captures the heartbreak and the horror of these youth who are caught in the crosshairs of U.S. Imperialism and Islamic Fundamentalism.

These photos speak volumes against the crimes of our government committed in the name of the "war on terror."  Download them with Wennman's words, print, display, and talk to people about their reactions, and responsibility to act to stop these horrors.

This set makes a companion to the Stolen Lives photos of people killed by police in the US, and helps to draw the parallels between the role of our government's military around the world and our government's police here in this country.

World Can't Wait mobilizes people living in the United States to stand up and stop war on the world, repression and torture carried out by the US government. We take action, regardless of which political party holds power, to expose the crimes of our government, from war crimes to systematic mass incarceration, and to put humanity and the planet first.
